⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
Novara IPTV Player is designed to be used with content created by the users themselves or with playlists containing legally permissible content.
Novara IPTV Player does not endorse the streaming of copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder. We respond immediately to any copyright complaint and may suspend or terminate your account.
The Novara IPTV Player application only displays the content added by the user and plays the user's content within the player.
Novara IPTV Player does not provide any content or playlists.
Novara IPTV Player can play extensions such as: 3g2, 3gp, 3gp2, 3gpp, amv, asf, avi, divx, drc, dv, f4v, flv, gvi, gxf, webm, wm, wmv, wtv, xesc, m1v, m2v, m2t, m2ts, m4v, mkv, mov, mp2, mp2v, mp4, mp4v, mpe, mpeg, mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg4, mpg, mpv2, rec, rm, rmvb, tod, ts, tts, vob, vro, as well as Live Stream IPTV support.
The application allows users to load content (local data) from their device or play playlists available via the Xtream Codes API. Users can also load individual streams from URLs they input in the single stream playback option.
1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing Novara IPTV Player ("Novara IPTV Player," "Player," "we," "us," "our"). Novara IPTV Player offers an advanced IPTV Player App for the Android TV platform to play your own content, i.e., photos, videos, and streams.
By registering for or otherwise using the App (for Android TV), websites, and user interfaces (collectively, the "Novara IPTV Player Application"), you understand and agree that you have entered into a binding contract with us, the provider of the Novara IPTV Player.
Your agreement with us includes these terms and any additional terms to which you agree. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the agreements, accept these agreements, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with the agreements (or cannot comply with them), you may not access and/or use Novara IPTV Player.
To use the Novara IPTV Player and access content, you must (1) be at least 18 years old or at least 13 years old and have the consent of your parent or guardian to the agreements, and (2) have the authority to enter into a binding contract with us and not be prevented from doing so by applicable law.

4. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENTS
We may occasionally make changes to the agreements. If we make material changes to the agreements, we will notify you to the extent appropriate under the circumstances, such as by displaying a prominent notice within the application or by sending an email to you. Your continued use of Novara IPTV Player after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you do not wish to continue using our application under the new version of the agreements, you can terminate your account by contacting us at the email address provided above.
5. SCOPE OF THE APPLICATION'S SERVICE
Novara IPTV Player is available as a basic version for free, and you can view your own content, i.e., photos, videos, and streams, at no cost. It is important to note that we do not provide any content whatsoever.
The use of the Xtream Codes API for playlist playback is at the user's own risk. We assume no liability for data loss, security vulnerabilities, or errors resulting from the use of this external interface.
Technical problems can occur with technology products, and we may temporarily interrupt access to the Novara IPTV Player for maintenance work or improvements to the player.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHT
The Novara IPTV Player and all associated trademarks, patents, copyrights, and proprietary code are the property of us (the provider). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the Novara IPTV Player for playing your own content.
Copyright (Own and Third-Party Content): The content and works created by the operators of the application on these pages are subject to German and international copyright law. The reproduction, modification, distribution, and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator.
The user guarantees that they possess the necessary copyrights or permission for the content they wish to play using the Novara IPTV Player App.
You agree not to modify, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise alter or distribute any content, nor create derivative works therefrom, unless expressly authorized in writing by the respective copyright holder.
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You are solely responsible for all content you play, stream, or access. Novara IPTV Player is not responsible for content you access, nor does it endorse any opinions contained in such content.
YOU AGREE THAT IF SOMEONE BRINGS A CLAIM AGAINST US OR OUR AFFILIATED COMPANIES RELATING TO USER CONTENT YOU ACCESS, ONLY YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT YOU ACCESS.
8. RIGHTS YOU GRANT US
You grant us the right to use the processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware on your device to enable the operation of the application.
If you provide us with feedback, ideas, or suggestions related to the Novara IPTV Player application ("Feedback"), you acknowledge that the feedback is not confidential, and you authorize us to use this feedback without restriction and without payment to you.
9. USER GUIDELINES
You must follow the following rules. The following is not permitted for any reason:
- Using the application for illegal acts or acts that may be considered illegal in the territory where you use our application
- Using the application to view, stream, or redistribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights (such as copyright) of third parties
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Novara IPTV Player application or any part thereof, unless permitted by applicable law
- Bypassing technologies used to protect the application
- Selling, renting, sublicensing, or leasing any part of the Novara IPTV Player application
- Removing or altering copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices
- Sharing your password with third parties or using another person's username and password
We have no responsibility for your decisions to view/watch material in the application or for the content you view in the Novara IPTV Player application.
10. INFRINGEMENT AND REPORTING OF USER CONTENT
We respect the rights of intellectual property owners and act immediately on complaints regarding copyright infringement. If you believe that content infringes your intellectual property rights or other rights, please contact us at support@novaraiptv.com.
We do not store content accessed by users and do not maintain cached files. Therefore, the sole remedy in the event of a copyright infringement is the deletion of the account that accessed such copyrighted content or a warning.
11. LIABILITY FOR CONTENT AND LINKS
Liability for Our Own Content: As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws, pursuant to Section 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act). However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, we, as a service provider, are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Liability for Links: Our application contains links to external third-party websites, the content of which we have no influence over. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.
12. LIMITATIONS AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE NOVARA IPTV PLAYER APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. WE AND ALL CONTENT OWNERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AND DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS REGARDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The company is not responsible for losses or damages incurred by the user due to the installation, use, or non-use of the software, unless such losses or damages are caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the company.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE NOVARA IPTV PLAYER APPLICATION IS TO UNINSTALL THE APPLICATION AND STOP USING IT.
13. TERM AND TERMINATION
The agreements will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or us.
We may terminate the agreements at any time or suspend your access to the Novara IPTV Player application, including in the event of your actual or suspected unauthorized use of the application or non-compliance with the agreements. If you or we terminate the agreements, we will not issue any refunds of amounts paid.
You can terminate the agreements at any time by uninstalling the app.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR USERS
This website and services are provided by Novara IPTV Player. All disputes arising from the use of this website or services are subject to the applicable federal and state laws of the United States.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the user and us is the registered office of the provider (Wiener Neustadt, Austria).
17. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. A substitute provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall take the place of the invalid provision.
